Terms of Sale
Last updated [DATE]. Version 1.0.
These terms apply when you buy Looksmaxxing Decoded. They are deliberately short, and nothing in them takes away a right the law gives you.
1. Who you are buying from
[TRADING NAME], [FULL POSTAL ADDRESS], contactable at [EMAIL]. Payment is processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR], who may act as seller of record and collect any VAT or sales tax due in your country.
2. What you are buying
A single ebook, delivered as a PDF and an ePub file, downloadable immediately after payment. It is roughly [LENGTH] and it is a finished work, not a subscription, a course, a community or a coaching arrangement. There is nothing further to buy and no recurring charge.
Free updates are included when the underlying record changes in a way that alters a verdict in the book. Updates are a good-faith commitment rather than a guaranteed schedule, and they are delivered by email to the address used at checkout.
3. Price
The price is 17 US dollars, charged once. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are; the total is shown before you pay. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion, which is outside our control.
4. Delivery
Access is immediate. If a download link fails, email [EMAIL] and we will send the files directly. You need a device that opens PDF or ePub files; there is no app and nothing to install.
5. Refunds
Fourteen days, no reason required. The full policy, including how the statutory position on digital downloads interacts with it, is on the refunds page.
6. What you may and may not do with it
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read the book, keep copies on your own devices, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not resell it, republish it, upload it to a file-sharing site or a paid community, or use it to train a machine-learning model. The copyright stays with us.
7. This is not medical advice
The book reports what published research and professional bodies say about the practices it examines. That is information, not treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician who has actually examined you.
Several chapters describe prescription medicines, hormones and surgical procedures. They describe what these things are and what the evidence says about them. They deliberately contain no doses, no protocols and no sourcing information, and nothing in the book should be read as a recommendation to obtain or use any medicine without a prescription. Decisions about your own body are yours, and they are better made with a doctor than with a book.
8. Age
This site and the book are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not advertise to anyone under 18 and we operate no direct-message, forum or community channel.
9. Independence
Looksmaxxing Decoded is independent commentary, criticism and analysis. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Braden Peters ("Clavicular") or any product he sells, nor to any other figure it discusses. Quotations are taken from public streams, interviews, posts and press coverage, and are dated so you can check them. Names and trade marks are used for identification and commentary only.
The artwork on this site is an illustration. It is not a photograph of any real person and is not intended to suggest that anyone depicted endorses the book.
10. What we do not promise
We do not promise that following anything described in the book will change your appearance, your income, your relationships or how anyone treats you. Where the book cites a figure, that figure is what a named study measured in a named population, and an average measured across a population is not a prediction about you.
11. Limits on liability
The book is supplied as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
12. If something goes wrong
Email [EMAIL]. We aim to reply within [N] working days. Most problems are a failed download and take one message to fix.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION, e.g. England and Wales], and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
Before launch. Every highlighted field above must be filled in, and this page must say the same thing as your checkout settings. Where the two disagree, the more generous version is the one that binds you — and an inconsistency between landing page and checkout is one of the commonest reasons an ad account gets restricted.
